How is Insala involved with Hogan?

We are UK and Middle East distribution partner for Hogan who are the publishers of globally respected personality inventories. Insala provides accredited Hogan training for practitioners, organisations and the public sector.
Who are Hogan Assessment Systems?

Founded by Dr. Robert Hogan and Dr. Joyce Hogan, HAS are a premium test publishing company that specialise in personality profiling assessments. The Hogan tools are based on extensive amounts of global research, conducted over the past 30 years, which aim to maximise organisations’ human resources through measuring job performance in relation to personality.
What is personality profiling?

Personality profiling are assessments that are designed to show candidates’ behaviour, attitudes and motivations in a professional working environment. Employers can use these assessments as profiling tools for employee selection and development and to identify and retain talent.
What are the Hogan inventories?
The Hogan Personality Inventory – The HPI examines seven core dimensions of ‘bright-side’ personality, supported by 42 subscales. This measures and assesses an individual’s ability to build relationships with colleagues and to achieve his/her occupational goals.
The Hogan Development Survey – The HDS assesses the ‘dark side’ of an individual’s personality and it is based on groundbreaking research on the eleven behavioural tendencies that can derail career success. Avoiding these potential consequences is based on self-awareness. The HDS is the only inventory available that measures these behavioural tendencies.
The Motives, Values Preferences Inventory – The MVPI reveals an individual’s core values, interests and motivational drivers and evaluates how these fit with the organisational culture of the company.
