Situational Leadership®

Situational Leadership® is a copyrighted and registered trademarked training programme. The concepts around Situational Leadership® are protected under standard copyright laws. In order to offer this training to your employees, an organisation must sign a license agreement. The license agreement serves as the joint agreement that your company will train our packaged programme and purchase training materials from us while we agree to provide Administrative materials necessary to facilitate the programme successfully.

We provide one full set of trainer materials with the license. Additional sets of materials can be purchased by your organisation.

Individuals must be certified in order to facilitate the packaged training programmes. We offer on-site trainer certification in which we can come to your location. Arrangements to do so are made by contacting us directly at info@insala.co.uk
