What is the Situational Leadership® Model?

The Situational Leadership® Model is one of the most widely used leadership models in the world today. Based on the simple principal of “diagnosis before prescription”, the model helps people to enhance their skills at influencing the performance of others both within and beyond organisations.
What is the value of Situational Leadership®?

Situational Leadership® increases the quantity and quality of conversations people have about performance. It gives leaders a method to diagnose the performance needs of others and respond to those needs. Employees benefit from role and goal clarity, opportunities for growth and development, and a framework to make difficult, often uncomfortable conversations about performance non-threatening and productive.
What is Situational Leadership® – The Core?

Situational Leadership® – The Core is our foundational 8 to 12-hour workshop and uses video vignettes, written case studies and rich organisation-specific examples, discussion and activities.
When inviting colleagues to provide feedback on my leadership style as a part of a Situational Leadership program®, will I know how individuals have answered the questions?

No, those providing feedback will not be asked to identify themselves and therefore, feedback is both anonymous and confidential.
Can I become certified to run Situational Leadership® workshops?
