A hiring company or split-deal agency posts a vacancy on the members only network
Pre-screened, quality selected recruitment agencies request permission from the advertiser to fill the vacancy
When granted, the recruitment agency will be able to forward only their top candidates for the vacancy
On the new employee’s first day of employment, Talent Acquisition Network will invoice the hiring company or split deal agency on behalf of the supplying agency

Why should I join? The Talent Acquisition Network helps to drive down your recruitment costs and improve your hiring results by allowing you to cast a wider search for candidates whilst maintaining control of quality and quantity.
I’m happy with my PSL, why would I want to work with new agencies that I have not worked with before? All Talent Acquisition Network recruitment agencies are all pre screened, specialist suppliers. Our current hiring company members find that running the Talent Acquisition Network alongside their Preferred Suppliers List enables them to compare their traditional methods of supply against an entire marketplace via statistics and online analysis.
How can I control the quality and quantity of candidates that I receive? Your advertised role will attract a number of our pre-screened agencies that are willing to work on your requirement. You then decide which agencies can work on your requirement and how many candidates they can send.
How much does it cost? There is no cost to join, it’s free to advertise a role and you choose the placement fee that you pay the successful agency.
Can anyone join? The Talent Acquisition Network is a members only marketplace that is available to hiring companies and recruitment agencies. In order to join, the employer or agency must agree to our terms and conditions and complete a live demonstration and training process.
Can candidates apply to my roles directly? This is a business to business network that is not open to candidates. You will only receive candidates from our community of recruitment agencies.

Why should I join? The Talent Acquisition Network will introduce you to new clients and new roles. You will be given access to new clients’ requirements without being on their PSL.
Am I able to post my own split deal vacancies? You will be able to post any vacancies that you wish to offer as a split deal on the Talent Acquisition Network and select which agencies can forward you candidates and how many they can send.
How much does it cost and how do I get paid? There is no cost to join the Talent Acquisition Network. Upon successful candidate placement, we collect the placement fee from the hiring company and deliver 75% of the placement fee to the recruitment agency.
