They also are 61% more likely to be advocates for the organisation, 63% more likely to remain over the next year, and 73% more likely to encourage others to work there.
The recent Walker Loyalty Report for the Workplace, published by Walker Information Inc., found that loyal workers typically recommend the organisation as a good place to work, resist offers from other organisations and go above and beyond their job expectations.
